I'd like to know where your writers are from.

They are all based in the United States. We have chosen not to outsource this type of work to companies outside of the USA.

The work I'd like to submit is a rather long article about a rather complex subject matter. Will your company be of help to me?

Of course. Nobody said all article topics could be compressed into 500-word articles. We offer customized quotes for longer articles, whose length is more than 500 words long. We determine the amount of time needed to conduct proper research and find the best writer for this task.

How come your writing service is more expensive than that of writing companies overseas?

In the US, the hourly rate will never amount to a mere few dollars. We have chosen not to outsource writing projects on our website to countries where such rates are common to avoid quality issues. Eventually, clients who worked with underpaid writers soon found themselves turning to us since they literally got what they paid for and weren’t happy with the results.

Why don’t you offer high-quality material for a more affordable price?

Please refer to the answer above. Since our writers take a great deal of time and effort on their part to create high-end materials, we want to pay them adequately for such thorough work. Note that an underpaid writer is more likely to plagiarize; trust us, you don’t want to deal with such problems.

Does Contentic use any article-spinning software?

No, it doesn’t.

Finances and Payment

I want to print my receipt. How can I do it?

All invoices are located in your Client Account under the ‘Receipt’ tab.

What payment options does your company allow?

Our user-friendly and secure interface allows you to use all major credit cards in addition to PayPal. After you deposit the money, your Contentic account is automatically credited. The Client Account is also helpful in showing you all the details concerning the payment. By clicking the ‘Deposit Money’ tab, you’ll see various options, including ways to auto-replenish your account when the balance is low.

How long does it take until the PayPal process is complete?

Transactions on our site can take anywhere from a mere one to 15 minutes to complete. If the transaction page does not load quickly, PayPal may be performing a routine fraudulent check, and the page will load up soon enough. During such an inspection, you could access your fund through your Contentic account. Once the check is through, you could pay for your order.

Is it possible to place an order but pay for it at a later stage?

No. The sufficient funds must be in your account when the order is placed, so the writer working on your order will also get paid at the very same time. When the necessary funds are in your account, the ordering process runs smoothly for both you and the writer.
